NEOM Referral Programme.
Terms and conditions
1. Eligibility
In order to enrol into the NEOM friends referral programme, the following conditions must be met:
Both you and your friend must be aged 18 or over. You must have a valid NEOM customer account. Your friend must create a valid NEOM customer account before enrolling into the NEOM referral programme themselves. Creating a NEOM customer account is free and can be done here.
NEOM accounts are subject to the us.neomwellbeing.com privacy policy.
2. How to Start
To start referring friends:
Enter yours and your friend’s email address here, or share your personalised link via email, messenger or Facebook.
By referring friends, you are agreeing to receiving marketing communications from NEOM which are specifically related to the referral programme, and required in order to fulfil your rewards (even if you make have opted out of marketing emails from NEOM previously).
3. How you will qualify for your reward
In order for you to qualify for a reward:
Your friend must not be an existing customer with NEOM .
Your friend must place their first order with NEOM using the personalised discount code sent by you. If your friend forgets to use their code within 90 days of being referred, their reward will still be added to their order.
Once your friend has placed their first order, you will receive a discount code, which will be dispatched to you via email within 4 days
4. How your friend will qualify for their reward
It’s really easy for your friend to get their reward; all they have to do is place their first NEOM order using the discount code you receive after being invited by a friend.
5. Discount code terms
Both you and your friend will receive your incentive to use at us.neomwellbeing.com via a unique discount code. Each referral programme discount code will be limited to one transaction and so cannot be redeemed on multiple transactions and cannot be split across transactions. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. Discount can only be applied to products and cannot be applied to postage costs. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Only one discount code is valid per order. Please note that already discounted items are excluded and so this discount code cannot be redeemed on them including duo's, bundles, Pod Starter Packs & Collections and sale items.
6. Additional Terms
The offer is made specifically to allow you to make personal referrals to your friends. You are not permitted to distribute this offer through any third party site or attempt to refer yourself through the programme. NEOM reserves the right to remove customers from the referral programme if any of these restrictions, the us.neomwellbeing.com terms or use or privacy policy are violated.
In the event of a dispute, all redemption will be deemed to have been redeemed by the owner of the email account used to place the order that is associated with the offer’s redemption. For these purposes, the email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to the email address by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.
NEOM reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or amend the referral programme and associated offers at any time. NEOM also reserves the right to cancel any distributed discount codes and offers if any fraud, technical failures or other extenuating circumstances beyond NEOM’s control impairs the proper functioning of the programme, as determined by NEOM at their sole discretion. NEOM reserves the right to limit customers who engage in prohibited uses of the referral programme to redeem future offers. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, NEOM reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
NEOM’s failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
