Create a cloud of Zzz's with The Must-Haves for Bedtime...
- Start by lighting the Bedtime Hero Candle and allow the fragrance to fill the room. Allow it to pool to ensure the wax burns evenly.
- Pour a capful of Bedtime Hero Bath Foam into running water to create your natural bubble bath with natural essential oils. Soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Before getting into bed, spritz your pillow and duvet with the Bedtime Hero Sleep Mist.
- Lie back and breathe in the fragrance through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
